I’ve been in property all my working life, for over 35 years. For the last 20 years I’ve been working for myself and I’ve put together my own property portfolio, starting from scratch with no money of my own, and I’m now financially free, living off the passive income that it produces.
But there’s nothing clever about me. In fact, if you’d seen me 20 or so years ago you’d have seen someone very different. I had just been made redundant, I had no regular income, and I had no savings to fall back on.
But what I did find, eventually, after a lot of trial and error, was my seven-step system which allowed me to build my property business from scratch and using none of my own money.

In truth, my achievements are down to ‘The System’ which anyone can follow. Many buy to let investors buy in a haphazard, almost random way, without really fully understanding what they are buying or why! Let me show you how to buy in a systemised way using the investment fundamentals most other investors overlook.
