Required Information
To acquire products or services through our websites, you will usually be required to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make certain payments through PayPal, our chosen payment processor, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, protect you against credit card fraud and current account fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.

More Than Two Publications is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
If in the course of payment for our products and services you provide details of credit cards and other sensitive financial information, any order form or letter containing that information will be destroyed once payment confirmation has been received from PayPal, our chosen payment processor.

Accessing and Changing Your Information
You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information, by emailing thepropertyteacher@gmail.com , subject line: data inspection. We shall then write to you at your last know address with a pro forma and an SAE asking you to confirm that you have requested your information. Upon receipt of the completed pro forma details of information held, along with copy documentation, will be provided at our earliest opportunity. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to obtain your details by fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by emailing under your name. However, if you ask us to remove your information from our records, you name, address and other information will be removed from our database and other records and will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.
If you buy goods or services through our website but relating to an offer made by a third party we may provide the seller with the shipping address for the goods. The seller is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it. To facilitate dispute resolutions, we may provide a buyer with the seller’s address so that goods can be returned to the seller.
Delivery Service
When purchasing a product from one of our web sites you will usually have a choice of formats. Each format will require different delivery.
An ebook or other digitally downloadable product will usually be made available immediately after purchase when you will be directed to a ‘download page’ with a clickable link which will allow you to access the product and save a copy onto the hard drive of your computer.
If you are offered, and choose, a hard copy or physical product, the product will be sent in the post.
Under normal circumstances we will endeavour to post the product within 24 hours. If there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will let you know, usually by email, as soon as possible. If we do not have email details we let inform you by telephone or by 1st class post using the services of Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force.
Postage rates used will depend upon the size and weight of the product. Where possible we will use 1st class post unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
All products are sold subject to a minimum 60 day ‘no questions asked’ refund & guarantee policy, unless otherwise stated. Upon request a refund will be issued as soon as possible thereafter. We endeavour to issue refunds within 3 working days of request. Unless otherwise requested refunds will normally be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
Guarantees and refund policies applicable to individual products will be clearly stated on the appropriate web site or on the marketing materials in the case of a direct mail promotion.
Refunds for a physical product require the product to be returned to More Than Two Publications, at the address given at the time of purchase, within the guarantee period stated.
Refunds for a downloadable or digital product will be issued upon request by email to thepropertyteacher@gmail.com subject line: Refund, or by post to address above.
