Ahh, this seems to be one of those surprisingly emotive and emotional subjects.
I never fail to be surprised at the number of newbie property investors who hope to be able to draw down and borrow large sums of money, without having make some sort of commitment to the bank to pay it back!
And somehow they assume that if they have a limited company, they can hide ‘behind the corporate veil’ if, for whatever reason, they decide not to pay back the bank the buy to let mortgage.
