The MMA, or Modern Method of Auction seems very popular at the moment with many agents seemingly using it.
I guess it makes sense in a ‘hot market’ to get potential buyers bidding against each other. MMA literally allows agents to go to best and final bids (offers).
But what is great for sellers isn’t so good for buyers.
And as MMA is a relatively new concept (10 years or less) many potential buyers are confused or unsure how it operates.
Hence the reason for this video.
I had a great question from a subscriber who asked when should they should get someone (a solicitor) to look at the legal pack. before they bid? Or when they are the winning bidder?
Sadly, it’s not a straight forward decision as I’ll explain in the video.
