A New Year, and New BTL Mortgage Rates
I’ve had some very good news from my (very good) mortgage broker.
One of my favourite lenders have just relaunched their Buy to Let product range which is very positive.
- 2 year fixed rate 2.79% with 1.5% lenders completion fee up to 75% LTV.
- 5 year fixed rate 3.39% with 2% lenders completion fee up to 75% LTV.
- 5 year fixed rate 3.49% with 1.5% lenders completion fee up to 75% LTV.
This lender will lend up to 20 properties per applicant & ignore all other B2L mortgages with other lenders.
And these rates are available to both Ltd Co (SPV) and/or individuals.
My broker says that this lender’s underwriting is notably more efficient than some other lenders right now, which is particularly relevant with the stamp duty holiday window looming in 2 months’ time.
