I’ve had a new update from my mortgage broker.
One of his favourite lenders has just updated their mortgage range for personal ownership and limited companies, for buy to lets and for HMOs.
The great thing is there are ‘no fee’ options and refunds for valuation fees (up to £650).
Here are the main headlines:
Personal or Ltd company
Buy to let or HMOs
2 year fixed or 5 year fixed
Rates 2.69% to 3.49%
Refund on valuation up to £650 available
Zero product fees available
If you’d like full details I’m very happy to introduce you to my mortgage broker. Just email me and I’ll put you in touch.
So why don’t I just tell you who the lenders are so you can go direct?
Well, this particular lender requires you to go via an intermediary (i.e a mortgage broker)
As I’ve said before, most lenders require you to go through an intermediary. They know that left to our own devices we’ll make bad choices, because we don’t have the in-depth knowledge of the lending market that a good broker has.
And that’s going to cause trouble for us and for them.
Now, to be honest, I don’t care if you use my broker or not, just so long as you use a GOOD broker, because not all brokers are the same. And some are better, even much better, than others.
And for full transparency, if you do use my broker, I will get a small commission. As far as I know this doesn’t affect you, as he doesn’t charge you more because of that, and I only share with him a little bit of what he gets anyway.
The most important thing, as far as I am concerned, is that he knows what he is doing, and he understands WHAT INVESTORS NEED.
Not all brokers do.
So if you’d like me to introduce you to my broker please email me
