As we continue the 12 questions every (buy to let) property investor should ask them selves at regular intervals, in this video we think about question 7, “have I got the right plan to find and buy my properties?”
Because the questions are sequential the plan will reflect what we are trying to achieve in property, which in turn will decide which strategy we need to follow to achieve our property goals, which in turn will decide on the type of property, which in turn will decide where we look for our properties.
Our plan will reflect all of this, and also the practical details including how much time we can give to our property venture, which estate agents to contact, how many viewings we will do, how many offers we will make and so on.
Being successful in property will not be down to chance – the more we are able to plan, we more we will be able to plan for success.
