Some times you just have to take action there and then! I went to look at a potential buy to let investment property the other day which was on a at a great price, didn’t need a great deal doing to it, but looked sufficiently bad for the vendors to quote a low price, and I should have just bought it. Whilst I was driving home to think about it some one else had an offer accepted! I think I could easily have made £10,000 in equity.
The problem was I’m not yet tuned in to how quickly the market is turning around – the “recovery” has only just arrived in my investment area, or at least ahs only just become visible
